Syncing rh-certified failed with:

Aug  1 19:20:23 aap-hub pulpcore-worker[86160]: Giving up download_wrapper(...) after 1 tries (aiohttp.client_exceptions.ClientResponseError: 400, message='Bad Request', url=URL('https://automation-hub-ci.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/_logos/foritnet.jpg'))

Steps to Reproduce

Syncing the rh-certified repo on a fresh install

<how reproducible: always, under certain conditions, intermittent, seen only once, etc>

Actual Behavior

Sync failed

Expected Behavior

Sync should work. 

Note: if I change the default remote url to https://console.redhat.com/api/automation-hub/content/published/, sync is working. I guess what we need to do is to update the default remote url for  rh-certified.
