As a user, I can visit the "Execution Environments" under Automation Hub(this could be different based upon upstream or downstream) menu within the Platform UI. As a user i should be able to click into Execution Environments to see details of a Execution Environment As a user i should see filter search bar on Execution Environments screen As a user i should be able to toggle between card and tile views on list of Execution Environments As a user i should be able to paginate thru list of Execution Environments using framework component As a user i should be able to set per page setting for list of Execution Environments using framework component As a user i should see empty state when no Execution Environments are available to display As an admin user i should be able to perform following actions on a selected Execution Environment(s)       Add Push container image Edit (local/remote) Sync from registry Use in Controller Delete Sign As a user i should be able to see following tabs on a Execution Environment details screen      Details Activity Images As a user when i navigate to Details tab from Execution Environment detail screen, i should be able to perform following actions Add Edit Readme As a user when i navigate to Activity tab from Execution Environment detail screen, i should be able to perform following actions Image layers As a user when i navigate to Images tab from Execution Environment detail screen, i should be able to perform following actions Use in Controller Delete Manage tags
