As a user, I can visit the "Namespaces" under Automation Hub(this could be different based upon upstream or downstream) menu within the Platform UI. As a user i should be able to click into Namespaces to see details of a Namespace As a user i should see filter search bar on Namespaces screen As a user i should be able to toggle between card and tile views on list of Namespaces As a user i should be able to paginate thru list of Namespaces using framework component As a user i should be able to set per page setting for list of Namespaces using framework component As a user i should see empty state when no Namespaces are available to display As an admin user i should be able to perform following actions on a selected Namespace(s)  Create Upload collection to a namespace Edit Delete Imports Sign all collections in a namespace As a user i should be able to see following tabs on a Namespace details screen  Collections CLI configuration Integration Tests:   User should be able to perform the following CRUD actions on a selected Namespace: Create a Namespace Edit/ Update  a  Namespace Delete a Namespace User can see the following tabs on a Namespace details screen  Collections CLI configuration
