Go to https://console.redhat.com/ansible/automation-hub/repo/published/redhat/rhel_system_roles/ -> Upload new version

Select rhel_system_roles 1.21.2 tgz

Select upload to staging

press "Upload"

The UI gives the error API error. Status code: 413

Key Dependency Versions

Not sure when this started happening - first started seeing this on June 28, 2023.
