Find a simple detail screen with tabs - possibly Remote detail.

Convert to use as much from ui framework as realistic,
test localization, test tabs, updates when changin the url, changing the url on updates, disable actions ... make sure we're not losing features and have a solid undestanding of how this works.

(Then create issues to convert all the other detail screens with tabs.)
(May or may not want to use page/detail-with-tabs as a midpoint, but convert too.)
