Hub uses react code editor from patternfly,
ui framework skips the patternfly features, uses newer version of the underlying monaco editor.

Either update patternfly code editor to accept the new version as well,
or adopt the component,
or replace with framework component and reimplement patternfly functionality on top.

(https://github.com/ansible/ansible-hub-ui/pull/3147 does option 2 to get unblocked, but option 1 would be better)
