      Description

The community repository exists and the remote is configured for public galaxy, but if you try and go and sync it, you get an error

We were able to work around the problem by going into the remote and adding a requirements file...but it took us a while to even find where to put that. But its a suboptimal experience to discover this by first stumbling around hitting errors
