We need to update the galaxyng codebase to Django 4.2.1 becasue all of the Pulp projects' main branches are now expecting that.  The plan is to upgrade Django on the platform as well in 2.5.

jtanner@redhat.com are there any tasks/stories we can create here to help us plan, or reflect what we are doing? and we can coordinate with QE? not sure if we can also build out this epic to more clearly show acceptance criteria to indicate scope and how we move this to 'done' cc dnewswan jmitchel2 abakshi1 ctorrens@redhat.com zsadeh@redhat.com
