Description

Putting in a search term in Collections on PAH does not work.  For instance, if I go to Certified Collections and type "splunk" it still returns 14 pages of other collections.

1. Go to Certified Collections in PAH and type "splunk" as a search term.  

Happens every time.  

<how reproducible: always, under certain conditions, intermittent, seen only once, etc>

Actual Behavior

PAH seems to return all the current collections instead of the Splunk collection.  

Expected Behavior

Should just return the Splunk collection.  Compare to how search works on the cloud Automation Hub.  

This may be related to issue AAH-1993 (Search broken on AAH), which was fixed months ago.
