Since we deployed beta-galaxy from galaxy_ng when it was using pulp development branches rather than releases, there are migration conflicts where we need to reset the databases on the 3 beta-galaxy environments.

Content will be preserved due to nightly syncs from g.a.c to beta-g.a.c (but AAH-2287 needs to be resolved before this can proceed)

The AIdenyindex needs to be manually recreated for beta-galaxy.ansible.com - take note of https://beta-galaxy.ansible.com/api/_ui/v1/ai_deny_index/ before reset, and recreate with superuser.
