There are no UI tests for any community-specific features,
and no CI environment for testing that mode.

UI uses oci-env to run the server, so this needs a community oci-env profile,
setup on CI (almost done in https://github.com/ansible/ansible-hub-ui/pull/3195),
and some actual tests.
