Problem Description: There is a lot of content in galaxy.ansible.com. In the legacy site we attempted to differentiate content by quality via automated scoring and user surveys. While this helped user to some degree, it was not built in a easy to maintain way.

Proposed Solution: Add some way to differentiate content, possible options:

• Simple up/down vote
• Endorsed content (editor's picks, etc.)
• List count of warning messages from the galaxy-importer import log
• Ansible risk insights as a cli result
