We likely want a landing page on beta-galaxy.ansible.com, consider replicating what can be replicated from galaxy.ansible.com.

Also include a link to legacy galaxy site, perhaps: "The older galaxy site exists at galaxy.ansible.com, after this site switches to use that domain, you can access the older site at old-galaxy.ansible.com"
