Problem Description: With the new resolution that the integration tests living in galaxy_ng are our "source of truth", we need Jenkins jobs that can run them and report results to other teams.

Proposed Solution: We're updating the existing job to have a switch to control which suite of tests it runs, galaxy_ng or iqe-automation-hub-plugin
