Background

Now that OCI Env is more stable, we would like to migrate our existing developer environment/CI infrastructure over to it so that we no longer have to maintain two developer environments.

Definition of Done

• All of our integration tests are using OCI env in CI
• Using OCI env is fully documented
• The new environment should have feature parity with the old environment
• The old environment should be removed
