Description

redhat.openshift collection's core dependency is pointing to specific version of the core that is 2.1.0
This specific version is not present for the core collection available on the automation hub and synced with PAH hence we are seeing 404

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to Collection -> RH Certified collections -> openshift -> select core under Dependency tab and it is looking for 2.1.0 version but not accessible and throwing 404 exception.

Actual Behavior

Core dependency is throwing 404 not found exception.

Core dependency should be visible and accessible
