      On the API:

      • Implement a configuration that allows users to map the "validated" and "certified" labels to a set of public key fingerprints
      • Implement a filter that allows users to search for content that was signed by a specific key. The user should be able to look up collections using a fingerprint, or by using a label in the configuration mentioned above

      On the UI:

      • Implement a filter on the UI that allows users to filter collections on the search page by any labels that are found in the API fingerprint settings.
      • Update the collection card component to display the labels configured in settings for any collection that was signed with a key that is configured in settings.
      • Collections with no signature that are in the "certified" repository should also receive the validated label until we get a key for signing validated content
