filter only shows results if exact match in ee view (http://localhost:8002/ui/containers)

Steps to Reproduce

1- Go to ee page

2- Create several ee (new_ee, ee_new, ...)

3-Enter 'new' in filter and click magnifier icon

Actual Behavior

No results found

Expected Behavior

new_ee and ee_new are found
