We should maintain a policy that the latest version of galaxykit should always support any of the currently supported versions of galaxy_ng/Automation Hub. To that end, we need to make it smart about handling the changes that came with RBAC support. There are a few commands that would be enabled or disabled based on this and some fields in some endpoints (swapping object_permissions for object_roles, etc.). The Hub API provides an endpoint at its root that reports the version of galaxy_ng. galaxykit can use this to determine the version being targeted and conditionally change its behavior based on this.
