We may want to improve searching/browsing/differentiating when we have large number of collections and large number of namespaces, a problem that is made evident with galaxy.ansible.com, and will eventually occur with CRC.

It may help this to allow free text (along with what we already have which is predefined items in tag search)

clarification:

In the filter bar, a user can filter by tags. However the tag value is a predefined list and the user is unable add more or type in a string. We'd like to let the user have a text box to type in a tag name and filter on that value.
