For collections we sync from galaxy.ansible.com to beta-galaxy.ansible.com, the collection import logs are not displayed. These logs show lint output that may or may not be useful for content consumers. These import logs are visible for all collections imported directly into the beta site.

Generate an import log for each collection version during sync, so it can be displayed in the UI in the same way as if the artifact were imported.
