      Description

      Execution Environment page in Automation Hub doesn't load and fail with HTTP 500 after upgrading to AAP 2.2.
      Remote Registries page doesn't load as well.

      Environment: 

      automation-hub-4.5 & pulp-ansible-0.13.0

      2 PAH servers with Load balancer in front of PAH servers.

      Expected Behavior
      All the pages in Automation Hub GUI should work as expected.
