Ensure OCP resources based on perf test findings

      Ensure OCP resources necessary for production, increase services running in parallel to match current ansible.galaxy.com as best as possible, add monitoring and logging

      depending on the results of the performance tests we will need to scale the cluster to accommodate however much we want to scale the application

      will need to make a capacity increase for OSD
