Remove existing synclist repos database objects

In CRC we have many AnsibleRepository objects associated with synclists which include copies of most all CollectionVersions, and contain many RepositoryVersions. These repositories are no longer used and should be removed.

• Stop creating and stop using #####-synclist repos
• Ensure creation of synclist distros for new customer is not impacted, and check that new synclist repos will not get created (in auth code, etc)
• Remove #####-synclist AnsibleRepository database objects

Additionally they seem to be causing slow api response times, specifically related to AAH-1775 and AAH-1642
