    Description

      Problem Description: in PAH the `rh-certified` remote that connects to CRC has a default URL value of https://cloud.redhat.com/api/automation-hub/ per the database

      Proposed Solution: That default value should be changed to https://console.redhat.com/api/automation-hub/ via a database migration
