Description

If a signature is uploaded and fails verification, two notifications pop up for the user. One message says the signature upload was successful and the other says it failed verification. I think this is because success/failure is being reported separately for uploading the signature versus verifying the signature, but its very confusing for the user.

Steps to Reproduce

Sign a collection with the wrong key

Upload the signature

Actual Behavior

Two contradictory messages. See attached screenshot.

Expected Behavior

If the signature fails, only show a failure message.
