Description

when a user without permissions to view tasks goes to task management and clicks a task, a 404 page not found message is displayed

Steps to Reproduce

Preconditions: there are tasks in ui/tasks

User does not have any task related permissions

1-Go to Task Management

2-Click any task 

Actual Behavior

404 - Page not found

Expected Behavior

Forbidden message or user doesn't have enough rights message or task is not clickable
