Description

The AAP 2.1 Automation Hub (private-automation-hub) "Index execution environments" task runs and completes without an error but no Execution Environments appear to be created or logged.

Key Dependency Versions

Note: Bug filers can grab dependency package versions from the api root which has pulpcore, pulp_ansible, pulp_container, and galaxy-importer. For the c.rh.c the api root is https://console.redhat.com/api/automation-hub/

Steps to Reproduce

Add a remote registry with registry.redhat.io in the URL
Click the hamburger menu and select "Index execution environments"

Actual Behavior

The job completes without any error but does not display any EEs.

Expected Behavior

A list of EE's that are available are discovered and indexed.
