      Problem Description:

      • The “Content count” at https://console.redhat.com/ansible/automation-hub/repositories displays the number of CollectionVersions in the repo associated with the synclist distro URL
      • In the past this also reflected number of content that get sync’d to PAH
      • Today since excluded content lives in v3/excludes, and the synclist distro URL always points to the `published` repo, this no longer reflects number of content that get sync’d to PAH

      Proposed Solution:

      • Have this count be `published` Collection count minus synclist v3/excludes count
        • In the past we showed a count of CollectionVersions, but since the sync toggle is done at the Collection level (i.e. of 100 collections in `published`, the org admin excludes 5), we want to show Collection count (i.e. 95).
      • Rename "Content count" to "Collection count"
