Problem Description: Currently galaxykit cannot list and delete non published collections. When testing the approval page with cypress this feature could be helpful cleaning up after the tests.

Proposed Solution: Make use of the ui collectio-version list endpoint and add an option to specify the distr_base_path in the galaxykit command.
