Fixed some issues with how roles were displayed on the groups page.

Release Note
Right now the group roles page has the following issues:
- The `name__startswith=galaxy.` filter is forced. As an admin I need to see all the permissions a user has
- Object permissions are shown as well. This view needs to filter `http://localhost:5001/pulp/api/v3/groups/70/roles/?content_object=null` or indicate that the permission is for a specific object. If we're going to indicate that the role is for a specific object, details for the object should be shown and a filter needs to be added so the user can just see object permissions or global permissions
