Description
The red deprecate label only appears on reload or a second click.

How to reproduce:
Go to a namespace detail page that has one or more collections to its name. In the actions dropdown for one of those collections, click 'deprecate'. The red deprecate label does not appear unless the page is reloaded OR the 'deprecate' button is clicked a second time. The same flow is true going the other way to undeprecate.
