A lot of our form fields don't come with any description for what they do or how to configure them. We should add tooltips to our more confusing fields.

Todo: get feedback from UX and docs about which fields need tooltips.

Tooltips we know to add:

• Passwords - list password validation rules.
• namespace create form - uses wrong type of tooltip
