Description 

After clicking (un)deprecate button there should be an alert letting an usser know a task has started with a link to that task.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Collection list view

Click on any (un)deprecate button

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens until the page refreshes.

Expected Behavior

Right after the click there should be an alert that says that a task to (un)deprecate a collection has started and a link to that task.
