Problem Description: There are two many Jenkins instances and Jenkins agents which makes our test scripts too dependent on where they are running.

Proposed Solution: The addition of a Test Runner that is already being used in other pipelines could solve our problems (Podman missing in Jenkins, not enough permissions to install dependencies)
