Problem Description: we use too many Jenkins instances and want to stop using http://jenkins.ansible.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/ in favor of https://main-jenkins-csb-aap.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/

Proposed Solution: move YOHO job from the old to the new instance
