Problem Description: The interface and documentation of our existing Jenkins pipelines makes it difficult for people unfamiliar with them to run them.

Proposed Solution: Create one-click jobs that mask over existing pipelines to make it simple to e.g.:

• deploy a platform-installed Hub instance with a particular RPM
• deploy a platform-installed Hub instance from a particular branch of the galaxy_ng and ansible-hub-ui repositories.
• determine: is it possible to have a jenkins pipeline that kicks off the pipeline on the appSRE jenkins instance to launch an ephemeral environment? I'd love it if we could group all the pipelines together on one instance, in one folder.
