While importing a collection to https://ci.cloud.redhat.com/beta/ansible/automation-hub/

the import is showing errors/warnings about ansible-doc. The import continues however and successfully imports.

The gist of the error is:

ansible.errors.AnsibleError: Invalid settings supplied for DEFAULT_LOCAL_TMP: Unable to create local directories(/.ansible/tmp): [Errno 13] Permission denied: b'/.ansible'
