Partner uploaded version 1.0.2 of their artifact opensvc.cluster for approval yesterday, 2/3/22. PE team reviewed the collection and attempted and approval at 4 PM EST. PE got no feedback of any issues and the approval went through like any other approval. 

The collection cannot be found in the namespace nor is it found in any repos (staging, approved or rejected).
