      there are three sub-issues that delineate the UI refactor (AAH-1129, AAH-1130, AAH-1131)

      Shaiah is creating a demo to explaining our current system for adding permissions directly to groups and pointing out how the UI will function differently, both on the edit-namespace modal and the group-permissions page.
