Problem Description: The UI tests currently leverage galaxykit but don't have a way of passing the `i`/`-ignore-certs` argument to that galaxykit invocation. As a result, when running the UI tests against one of the instances our jenkins pipelines deploys (that have invalid certificates) the galaxykit commands fail and fail the tests.

Proposed Solution: We should probably modify the UI tests in such a way that they can be configured to run against a Hub without valid SSL certificates.
