Updated so that remotes configured with proxy authentication can be edited without re-entering password.

The proxy password is one of our "write only" fields. It looks like the validation that requires the password if the username is non-empty is not aware of this and fails to submit an edit to the remote. I have to clear and re-enter the proxy password every time I edit a remote.
