Problem Description: PAH users using collections synchronized from community galaxy.ansible.com do not see expected docs nor content counts, and are unaware that community galaxy.ansible.com does not have this data generated.

“Community collections do not have docs nor content counts, but all content gets synchronized”

Possible place to display message:
http://<server>/ui/repo/community to right or under dropdown populated with “Community”

Possible type of message:
Label that is always there
Label/banner that can be dismissed
