While in Japanese google-chrome, do following:

1. Add a new Execution Evironment say name is 'alpine'
2. Upstream name say 'libpod/alpine'
3. Registry 'Quay'
4. Tags to include 'latest'
5. Hit 'Save'
6. Later do 'Sync from registry'
7. Visit Execution Environments > alpine > Activity
8. Observe the (last) string 'was added'

'was added' need to be marked as translatable string.
