      Problem Description: AppSRE Supported deployments must have >=3 replicas.

      QA Criteria: Production deployments run with at least 3 replicas.

      Proposed Solution: Increase NGINX_REPLICAS, GALAXY_API_REPLICAS, and PULP_CONTENT_APP_REPLICAS from '2' to '3'.
