Problem Description: Unify the appearance and behaviour of delete modals in Execution Environments, Remote Registries, Collection and Namespace pages

QA Criteria: 

• title of delete modals doesn't contain "Permanently"
• there's a space between line with checkbox and line above it
• nme of the item is in bold
• after hitting delete on the list view page the page reloads -> delete item is not in the list
