      Currently, new features require Hub to be deployed in a new way. We need a better way to automate testing to toggle settings at installation time that can't be done at run time. 

      Reorganize and extend existing IQE test suite to cover new matrix. New matrix: testing HA, SSO, etc. 

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • add new stories/tasks for specific test suite updates needed
