Problem Description:
When syncing from PAH to c.rh.c AH, we expect users to almost always use a synclist URL so only content specified by an Org Admin get synced to the PAH

However in the c.rh.c “Connect to Hub” page, the URL given bypasses the synclist, and you must read the note under the URL, to get the URL you should be using:
Note: this URL contains all collections in Hub. To connect to your organization's sync repository use the URL found on Repository Management.

Proposed Solution:
This has been shown to be confusing. This issue is being created for UX to see if there is a better way: i.e. show the synclist URL by default, only link to the Repository Management and don’t show a non-ideal URL, etc.
