Problem Description: QE Tests needed to be created for 

QA Criteria:

• Use container remote endpoint to create a remote container registry for registry.redhat.io
• Configure said remote with known-good credentials for the registry
• Trigger container sync endpoint
• EE tagged containers from registry now appear under Execution Environment list for Hub

  • Creation of container registry
  • Update of container registry
