Groups edit: allow adding permissions added in 4.4

Follow-up to AAH-956 (https://github.com/ansible/ansible-hub-ui/pull/1002, https://github.com/ansible/galaxy_ng/pull/1003)

We've added features depending on new permissions, but missing the UI to add these permissions to any groups => fix that, add the new permissions to the list
